About RobLew Photography
Robert was born into a large family in Brooklyn, NY and grew up in Cooper Park Houses. Robert was always an inquisitive child who enjoyed tinkering with things, especially tools. His love of tools and knowing what 'makes things tick' fueled his work for over 30 years in the Building Maintenance and Construction trades.
Fast forward to 2009 - Having raised their two children who were now grown and out on their own, Robert and his wife decided to spend the winter in Florida as 'snowbirds'. Robert expected to spend a lot of time fishing since that was one of his passions. However, after purchasing a new digital camera he found he enjoyed taking photos of nature and landscapes even more. Over time, as he showed his photos to family, friends and others, he was encouraged to begin sharing his work with a larger audience and making it available for sale. Their motivation is what inspired him to take the next steps towards building a new career as a professional photographer and establishing RobLew Photography in 2011.
He and his wife, Susie, have since moved to Florida permanently. They make a great team and are working together to get RobLew Photography established in local market venues as well as online @ www.roblewphotos.com.
